Conforming (proper quality) goods
We accept return of all conforming (proper quality) goods in case these goods are of appropriate application characteristics and resalable condition (goods must be unused, in original packaging, include all tags and manuals).
You can return conforming (proper quality) goods within 1 year after you receive them. In case of refund of conforming goods you will get back cost of goods only. Original delivery cost and cost of way back delivery to us are not compensated.
Non-conforming (improper quality) goods
Return policy for non-conforming (improper quality) goods is considered on case-by-case basis.
Defective or damaged goods
If you receive defective or damaged goods – you can return it to us and after confirmation of our quality control department, that part is defective or damaged through our fault – we will ship new part for free and delivery cost of defective/damaged part will be covered by us and refunded. Please, ask manager in private account about more details. Goods which are supplied as one set should be returned as one set as well.
- to website account balance to use them for future orders;
- to VISA or MasterCard, which was applied for order payment;
- to PayPal account, which was applied for order payment.
Money will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive return and check its condition.
